SHIPPING POLICY

Once a order is placed it can’t be changed or canceled. 

Most Items will be shipped within 4-7 business days Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Items might come in multiple shipments. Please read item description. All items will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage 3-6 days, USPS Priority 2-3 days and UPS Ground, these are estimates not guaranteed delivery times.

Most UPS Next Day Air orders will process same day but could take 2 business days. 

Bracelets can take up to 7 business days to be shipped. 

Free shipping will take 3-6 business days first class mail. 

We offer shipping insurance on each order that covers loss, theft, and damage. If you choose not to purchase insurance you will be responsible for contacting and filling claims with the shipping service.

RETURN POLICY

All approved returns will receive a store credit, no exchanges will be allowed. You must email us at info@kingmcneal.com to initiate return. *NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS! 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

***Non-returnable merchandise include: Final sale products and accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to The King McNeal Collection.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.  

Please email us the tracking number and order number of the package being sent back to expedite your exchange. If you do not send us the email your return will be delayed.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Another satisfied repeat customer. The rate that is offered for shipping protection is very reasonable and satisfactory. Should that rate increase like everything else in this present economy I may be selective about adding it depending on the type of items I purchase.

I think the protection should be optional and a flat fee. Those that choose not to get the protection would understand that should the package be lost they would be responsible for obtaining all forms etc from the post office or the mailing company to search for the package.
