The seller sent me the wrong product. The jacket was correct but the sent me a pair of shorts instead of the yoga pants I ordered. They do not accept phone calls for customer service problems. They want customers to email them. I emailed them and they never responded. I feel ripped off because those shorts that they sent me cost much less than the pants I paid for. I still want the pants that I was charged for, if I can get in touch with them
Always read descriptions very carefully. Didn’t realize it said fleece and I’m allergic to fleece. Unfortunately also didn’t realize returns are only store credits so guess I have to give it away! Also the color is very off from the photo description. Very disappointing buy for me.

Item is beautiful. However, I ordered 3 of them and only received one. Customer service is difficult to get in touch with. They have finally shipped the missing two items and unfortunately will not arrive for the date I needed them for. No compensation was offered for the disappointing inconvenience.
